Italian Bread


Ingredients
250 g whole wheat flour, fine
Bolted wheat flour 250 g (minimum 85%)
1 tablespoon dried oregano oregano

dl olive oil

preparation:

Crepes:

80 g unsalted butter

1 teaspoon salt
Fields:
Bechamel Sauce 300 g
100 g porcini mushrooms, chopped, sauteed
50 g fontina cheese, grated
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Method:

* Crepe: Stir the flour and eggs with spinach puree until blended.

* Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Bechamel:

Espresso Donut


Ingredients :

How to Make :

1. (1) In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, powdered buttermilk and salt. Set aside.

Spaghetti bolognese with vegetables

I like Italian food especially pasta...mmmmm nyummmyyy...never bored to eat this ;)). I  got recipe about spaghetti, of of my favorite is this one :

Spaghetti bolognese with vegetables



Ingredients:

# 600 gr minced
# 1 red capsicum peppers into small cubes
# 5 root root into small cubes or slices
# 1 clove garlic, finely chopped garlic
# 2 cans peeled tomatoes
# 250 g mushrooms
# 1 zucchini into small cubes
# butter
# 400 g spaghetti
# 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
# spaghetti seasoning


Preparation :
Wash all vegetables and chop finely.
Melt the butter in a large pot, add the onion and garlic and cook glassy worden.Laat meanwhile cook some carrots in the microwave.
